I’m excited to invite you to join me as I deliver a $500,000 check in state funding to the Madera County Food Bank. This funding will help with the construction and expansion of their new facility. The food bank serves thousands of families throughout the year and the community’s need outgrew the capacity of the food bank’s current facility. Through local, state, and philanthropic dollars, the Madera County Food Bank will soon call a brand new 21,800-square-foot facility home.
